Meet the Team

Ian Crossley (Managing Director)

My main role is to ensure that our customers get great value and service from our design, print, web, signage and marketing support solutions. I aim to identify printed and graphic communication solutions that will bring customers real value and return on investment.

I oversee all technical issues internally from software, hardware, internal workflows, networks and commercial print systems. I have a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the CIM as well as a Diploma in Digital Marketing. I also hold a Diploma in Management and Leadership from the CMI. I am presently undertaking an Executive MBA at the University of Winchester.

I like to think I keep my colleagues on their toes - but I think the reality is the other way round.

An initial career in sports teaching and coaching means I'm very results focused - much to everyone's annoyance. I often hark back to the good old days when Echo and the Bunnymen (still on my iPod), Stan Smith trainers and driving a Triumph Stag were considered really cool.

Timi van Houten (Director, Creative and Sustainability)

I apply a strategic approach to visual communications whether undertaking a re-brand, new brochure, newsletter, exhibition design or managing event graphics.

Additionally, an MSc in Environmental Strategy/Corporate Environmental Management provides insight into continued develop of our sustainability initiatives. Through these, we enhance our and our clients' environmental credentials.

I enjoy outdoor activities and long walks in the countryside.

Darren Bennett (Operations Director)

I am responsible for overseeing all print production at Greenhouse. I am in charge of paper and print supply procurement and oversee our ISO14001 management. I schedule jobs on various processes to ensure delivery deadlines are met. I am also responsible for health and safety in the print room.

I am a season ticket holder at Reading FC, play regular five a-side football and enjoy a night out. I am a danger to myself after a few drinks and have the bumps to prove it.

Kevin Jeffery (Studio Manager)

Whether it be artworking or preparing your files for printing, 25 years experience in design and print means I can produce your jobs more cost effectively and the way you expect them to look.

When not moving data around you might see me moving a golf ball around at Weybrook Park, but probably with less precision. Bit of a Gooner, so next year is always our year! Music likes are 80's Electronic through to Dance from OMD to Ibiza, as long there is no one rapping in it.

Barry Smith (Customer Support Leader)

With vast experience in a range of print and print finishing environments I help customers get the most from their print requirements. Greenhouse has a fantastic customer service record and I aim to maintain and, where possible, improve this commitment to customer service.

Not being from the north I am of course a Man United fan, and enjoy sports in general. I train on a regular basis in the pool at Basingstoke Sports Centre.

Keith Benning (Signage Manager)

I joined Greenhouse in 2013 and look after the large format and signage side of the business. I have a wealth of experience in a wide variety of signage production and installation methods from vehicle graphics, exhibition stands and an array of outdoor signage systems.

Outside of office time I follow Chelsea FC, walk the dog, go to the gym regulary and enjoy attending retro festivals dressed in ridiculous costumes.

Rob Dyer (Printer)

I am responsible for all litho printing using our Komori H-UV technology at Greenhouse. The print technology at Greenhouse is state of the art which means the product quality is first class.

I am a sports fan and am regulary involved throughout the year in both Rugby and Cricket clubs.
